I have a Substack aka newsletter
In 2015, the need to write more arose in me, but I did not want all my personal writing to be indexed by Google. Thus, I started a newsletter. For the past 10 years, I have almost consistently sent out a monthly newsletter with a short update on life as a late-deaf person with a chronic illness, as well as my funny and sarcastic (I am told) musings on various topics. I also share TV shows and books that I’m watching and reading.
You can subscribe to my private Substack.

A readers review
“Darice’s newsletters are my guilty pleasure. So much so that I keep a dedicated folder to save them. A rarity in a time when my inbox is cluttered by all the noise trying to catch my attention.
Her inquisitive mind and sharp wit captivate you in an, albeit one sided, engaging conversation that is over way, way too soon.
She observes curious current affairs, shares insights and introspections or the occasional culinary yay or nay verdict. It is over just when you made yourself comfortable for the journey.
Too bad there are so many yapping voices out there cluttering the sound waves.
This one needs a book deal, ASAP!” — A Perpetual Insomniac
